Hello,
I just upgraded from 2.0.3 to 2.0.6 and now nobody can login to vault. We are using the same profiles as before so no passwords have changed. We're all getting this error:
"The username or password supplied is invalid"
The error logs have this in it:
----1/19/2005 10:55:56 AM jeremy.xxxxxx--neo.xxxxxxxxxxx.com(192.168.0.234)--SSL Disabled
Specified cast is not valid.
----1/19/2005 10:55:56 AM jeremy.xxxxxx--neo.xxxxxxxxxxx.com(192.168.0.234)--SSL Disabled
Login failed: FailNotValidLogin
I'm about to be lynched by the developers due to another failed vault upgrade. Please reply quickly.
Thanks,
Mike

If you're still having problems after you reinstall, I'd like to see copies of your Vault installation log, Vault Server log, and Vault web.config log. Email them to linda at Sourcegear.com. Please reference this post.
The Vault installation log is called vault_install.log and should be found in your tempfolder as defined by the USER's TEMP Environment variable. If you open a browser and type %temp% you can see which folder it is.
Vault server log file is sgvault.log file and it should be in the %windir%\Temp\sgvault folder.
The Vault web.config file is in the VaultService directory.
Also please let me know what operating system and service pack the Vault server is being installed on.
