how to view differences in the DiffMerge tool

I right-click a folder in the Vault client, and select Show Differences, make sure the Recursive checkbox is checked, and I get a list of files which are different, but I'm not understanding how to show the actual differences in the files -- when I right click a file whose Status is Different, there is no context menu, and the entire Edit menu is disabled. I tried File/Open New File Diff, but it doesn't seem to pay any attention to which file I've selected.

What do I do to actually see the differences? Am I missing something basic?

Double-clicking should do the trick...

Ah, sure enough, double-clicking gets me there; hadn't guessed to try that.

It's nice to be able to have the normal SS context menu available when looking at differences. VSS has this.
