From feature list: "IDE now guarantees that if a .cs file checked out, the .resx file is checked out too."
How do you get this to work. I did a brand new project, checked it in and check out the .cs and it leaves .resx checked in.
I checked admin tool and client ide options.
Puzzled.
Yes, I'm running 3.0.1.
How do get the new automatic check out of .resx with .cs?

Yes, that's it. When we refer to the IDE, we mean Visual Studio, not Vault's standalone client.
Visual Studio is supposed to check out .resx files when it checks out .cs files, since the .resx file is hidden. It didn't work in every case, so we tweaked Vault to ensure that it happened.
The Vault GUI hasn't been designed to work that way, since all files are visible in the file list.
