upgrading to 3.0.1

After upgrade, got message that vault server could not contact db.
Log says: There is probably an error with the encrypted password for the sgvaultuser database user. Contact technical support at http://support.sourcegear.com

This error means that there was a problem loading the connect string. Please email your web.config to me using the button below this post.
