Feature request: Deleting ghosted files

It would be really nice if you could delete ghosted (non-source-controlled files that are set to show up gray in the Vault Client) from your file system from within the Vault Client. Right now you need to use the Vault Client to open the folder in Windows Explorer, and then delete it from there.
