Vault Client Through Proxy Server

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for some much needed info. I have a user accessing my Vault server, the only problem is that he sits behind a proxy server. He can access using web client, but cannot use the Vault Client.

Any thoughts?

You can configure proxy information in the Vault GUI Client under Tools->Options->Network Settings->Proxy. Vault should automatically use the system default proxy, as set in IE, but if not, you can manually enter proxy information.

Let us know if this isn't working as expected.
