objid XXXXX is not managed by working folder

Using Vault 4.0.6 GUI client and server, same issues reported by some colleagues using Vault client 4.1.0b2 with the same server (but it seems to be a client issue).

When trying to perform some operations, often on a "Move...", we get the following errors in completely different directories and on different machines and users:
objid 28924 (<- ID is not static) is not managed by working folder C:\XXXXX (<- a local working folder)

The operation is then *not* queued into the pending change set, and the problem remains if we try again to do the same thing. However, otgher operations do work fine.

Additional info: this seems to happen when the file is missing in the working folder.

Thanks for the report. This is a known issue that has been fixed for 4.1 final.
