Feature Request: Additional Repository Fucntions

Hi,

I'm not sure if this type of functionality has already been requested / is on the roadmap, but it would be great if Vault allowed you to delegate the administration of repositories to users. That is, you could assign users to have admin privileges only in selected repositories (and not have access to global settings).

Another (probably simpler) feature request is to add a comments or description field to the repository configuration so you could leave some additional info for each repository.

On the first request, in Vault 4.0 you can delegate a user to be an admin of a particular repository. You can either make a group that would be an admin that repository, or you can individually assign a user the full admin right on that repository.
