Does the admin account count as a user license?

Does the admin account count as a user license?

We have exactly ten developers who need to get licenses to run Vault. Would the 10 pack of licenses be enough, or do we need to get one more to allow use of the admin account?

The admin account doesn't count towards a license, so you shoud be fine with the 10 pack.
