Switching to SQL2K5 Compatibility after Vault Upgrade

We just upgraded our Vault/Dragnet installation to Fortress 4.0.4. This was done by detaching the Vault/Dragnet DBs from SQL2K SP4 and attaching to SQL2K5 SP2 server.

Everything seems to be working fine so far. Will I face any issues by changing the compatibility mode of sgvault and sgdragnet to 90 compatiblity?

Also, are there any post-upgrade scripts that should be run against the SQL DB to make sure there arent any errors?

I believe it should work in either compatibility mode. I usually have people do a back-up and restore and then SQL does the upgrade. Making the change to the compatibility mode property shouldn't hurt the functionality, but the articles on that seem to say to be very aware of the changes you force when you change compatibility modes.
