Licensing

We bought a starter pack about 6 months ago and just yesterday decided to add 5 more licenses. Now when I go into vault licensing I have 2 entries for 5 user licenses each but I can't run them both at the same time. Maybe the licenses are to slightly different company names or something?

What do I need to do?

It sounds like you might have 2 starter packs (which you can only have 1 of), although that would be strange, since we don't sell starter packs anymore.

Email me your licenses and I'll see if I can track it down.
