CR Integration

We have just installed the Fortress product and the Fat client on a Windows XP Tablet PC and a WIndows Desktop. The Tablet PC works fine until you go to Check In an edit and you want to assign a CR. You click on Browse in the Update Bugs screen and no Projects?milestones are displayed at all and no CR's in the right pane. Occassionaly if you wait the right pane will populate with some but not all of the open Items. Checking the Show all Open option does not effect the display either. We have logging set to debug and there seem to be no errors we can see or track. What would you suggest next?

Are you able to pull up the web client and see what item you want to update there? If not, then there's a permissions issue going on.
