Install with a beta version of .Net Framework installed

I'm beta testing Visual Studio Whidbey for Ms, and thus have >net Framework 2.0 installed. Vault won't start at all with the 2.0 framework. This is no problem per-se but it would be nice if the installer would set the ASP.NET version to 1.1. I set it manually and vaultservcie started.

Another issue is that my windows\temp\sgvault directory wasn't writable for the ASPNET user.

After fixing the permissions issue with this folder all worked as expected.
