Label Promotion Could Be Friendlier

I really like the Label Promotion feature (though, of course, it should be used sparingly). That said, when I do use it, I often am promoting just one specific file, yet you cannot get to the label promotion feature by right-clicking on a file, selecting Show Labels…. Doing so shows you the labels, but the Promotion feature is not there. The only way I’ve seen to get to the label promotion feature is to select Show Labels… on a folder. (If I’m wrong about this, please correct me.) It would be much more convenient for me to be able to do this at the File level (as well as the Folder level).

Also, when using Label Promotion, I think that the Versions dialog (when selecting the file version to associate with the label) could be greatly improved by having additional columns (such as those in a standard file history report). Just a suggestion.
