Add file fails for 9MB+ files

When adding a 9 MB file, I get:

[2/18/2007 20:27:13 ] Upload for item $/KoKo PFT System/V4.10/upload/singlusr/SETUPEX.EXE failed, retrying...

[2/18/2007 20:29:26 ] Upload for item $/KoKo PFT System/V4.10/upload/singlusr/SETUPEX.EXE failed, retrying...

[2/18/2007 20:29:26 ] Upload for item $/KoKo PFT System/V4.10/upload/singlusr/SETUPEX.EXE failed too many times, aborting transaction.

This problem has showed up on cable and on my satellite system.

It's mostly 10 minutes between failures, odd.

No problem with shorter files.

I tried chunked and non-chunked transfer. No change.

Upgraded to v3.5.1.4786, no change.

Ideas?

Could you provide a Vault Server Log? You can either attach it here or send it to support at sourcegear.com (attn: Beth) with a link to this forum post. I'd like to see the part that matches with the errors you posted and maybe check for other upload errors.
