Confused after server upgrade

I upgraded from 3.1.1 to 3.1.9.

On the web server I have my IIS web site listed "SourceGearVault". Its home directory is "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\SourceGearVault".

Under that site there is:
* "VaultService"
* "VaultShadowFolder:

These 2 items reside in the following directory "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\VaultService\".

Is this fine?

I somehow ended up with 2 different vault directories in "Inetpub": "SourceGearVault" & "VaultService"

By default, Vault will make a VaultService directory in wwwroot regardless of what website you use. If you look in each file under wwwroot, only one should have the files Vault uses.

It shouldn't hurt anything, because only one is going to be used, and that's probably going to be the VaultService.
