Running SourceGear Vault with Windows SharePoint Services2.0

Hi,

We have SourceGear Vault installed on a Windows Server 2003 Standard machine. We now have a need to run SharePoint Services and it will need to be on the same machine. I recall seeing somewhere that this might be a problem - is that true?
