VMWare ESX

I've seen a few posts mentioning running Vault on a server sitting on VMWare ESX so I'm assuming it works, but was wondering if there are any specific things to look out for when running Vault on a Windows 2003 Server/SQL Server 2005 Standard sitting on top of VMWare ESX. Thank you.

I am running several different Vault Client and Server set-ups on VMWare, but on the Workstation edition. I haven't run into any issues as of yet that relate to using VMWare. Of course, one will want to make sure they have plenty of RAM.
