Database List Not Populating Properly

When a user logs in to the server, they are presented with the login dialog as usual. However, only one of the several currently mapped databases shows up on the Database list. The server is configured with these databases per the installation guide and the configuration files show all of these databases as well.

We're at a loss here. Any suggestions?

Clients and server are using SourceOffSite Classic 3.5.3

Check the SOS Server log for more information. If the VSS databases are on a different machine than the SOS Server, the SOS Server Service should be configured to use a domain account, rather than the local System account.
