How to branch from a label using command line?

How can I create a branch from a label using the command line? The "branch" command line option doesn't have an option to specify a label. (vault.exe 3.0.5.2833)

I can do this from the Vault Client UI (view labels, right-click, branch...), so it seems like I should be able to do it from the command line.

The command line client doesn't support every operation available in the GUI client. Branching from a label isn't available in the CLC.

However, this could be done using the Vault Client API.
