Quick, easy command line client question

The "enddate" option for history indicates that you can provide a date and an optional time.

Can anyone provide examples of how to format these values?

I looked at file/folder history in Show History in my Windows GUI Client and used the date format listed there.

A sample would be
-endate "12/28/05 1:27:49 PM" $/File1.txt
