I took my work home tonight and was able to connect to the external server using the SourceOffsite IDE. But when I open my VS IDE it only complains that I am not authorized for this server instead of using the updated server I set in the SourceOffsite UI.
How do I change the server in the IDE?

Once a project is bound to a given server, you have to go through the unbind process to use a different server.
However, if you want to add a new project to a different server or connect to a new server for opening a new project, then go to Options within VS.NET, and choose Source Control -> SCC Provider -> Advanced, and in the General tab, turn off "Always connect to last server".
