sos v4 hangs

at least once a week, no one can connect to the sos server, requiring a restart of the service.

no messages in log.

i'm not sure where to start to troubleshoot.

we've vss 6.0d installed, so i just made the registry change.

i apologize, i saw that note when i was initially looking at the setup instructions.
