Undo checkout prevents subsequent Get Latest Version

I'm having trouble with the Undo Checkout command in SourceOffsite. (I am using the integration witth VS 2003) Here's my steps:

1) Check out a file.
2) Make a change and save the file.
3) Undo the checkout.
4) Perform Get Latest Version command.

At this point my modified file remains. The only way to get the file from source control is to delete the local copy and then do a Get Latest.

In the GUI Client under Tools->Options-> Files, check your options for how to handle locally modified files. This should be set to Overwrite if you want overwrite your changes. The default is "attempt automatic merge."

You may also have to set this from within VS.NET, Tools->Options->Source Control->SCC Provider->Advanced.
