New Feature Request: Project-specific Numbering

I would *very* much like to see project-specific numbering of bug reports. It's much easier to explain some of my reports, if a new report on a new project is labeled something like RWI-1 instead of 695!

I can see where that would be helpful. We might be able to append a project code to a bug number. I'll log it as a feature request.
