I'm getting the system error message while trying to fire the Vault Client. All service packs and patches are installed.

System.BadImageFormatException when open Vault Client

It looks liek this exception is being thrown because the Vault client support libraries cannot be loaded.
This could be caused by different things:
1) The files on disk are damaged
2) The installation was damaged, which placed damaged files on disk.
3) The physical where the files lie on disk is damaged
If you know it is not your hard drive, you should uninstall the client, download the correct version, and try a reinstallation.
If the exception is still being thrown, you may want to run a check disk looking for bad locations on your disk.
