File list details

Is there any way to add additional columns to the file view in Vault, say for isntance to see the last user to work on a file, the date the file was checked in, or other details about the files?

I'm also curious what the Status field really means, when I see a bunch of files that are listed as "Unknown" what does this mean about the status of the files?

The complete list of columns that can be displayed in the file list is available in Options->File List columns. It has the remote date (or server date, which is the date/time of the last checkin), but not the last user who checked it in - you'd need to invoke history for that.
