Cannot see other user folders

We have a situation using the SourceOffSite 4.1 client where some users can see all folders for all projects and others can see most (but not all) the same folders. Refreshing the File List does not make a difference.

Has anyone experienced this and if so, is there a fix for it?

Have you tried refreshing the project tree? Select the root folder, then use the command View->Refresh Project tree.

If you still can't see the project, check in the VSS Admin client to verify that users have read/write rights to the proejcts in question.
