This should be easier to find. Very soon it will be. Basically, the URL is this:

http://yourserver/VaultService/VaultWeb/login.aspx

For example, you can see the client in action on our public Vault server:

http://vaultpub.sourcegear.com/VaultSer ... login.aspx
