We are currently using SOS version 4.1.
A remote user has created several projects in our SourceSafe database and added files to them. A second remote user can't see these projects or files in his SOS client. When I run the SOS client or the VSS client locally, I can see all of the projects and files. I added a test project with a file, and neither one of the remote users can see the things that I added as a local user. We do not have project security enabled for any of our VSS databases.
I am not sure what is causing this issue for our remote users. Do you have any ideas on things to try to get this working?
Thanks

After the new projects are added, are the other users performing a "Refresh Project Tree" operation on the parent node of the new projects? This command is found under the View menu of the Client. By default, the SOS Client does not automatically refresh the project tree structure.
