Can I install a Vault client on a Window NT workstation SP 4 or more? What about Windows 2000, and specific SP required?

Yes, the client should run on Windows NT, with the latest service pack. Similarly, you will need the latest service pack of Win 2000, as Vault requires strong encryption.
