Undo checkout and Get Latest do not restore modified time.

I have found that doing an "undo checkout" does not restore a file's modifeid time. If you checkout a file, change its modified time, and then do an undo checkout choosing "Revert", the file's original image is restored, its mode is set to read-only, but its modified time remains unchnaged (the file's original modified time is not restored). Furthermore, doing a "Get Latest" for the given file, I believe, things that there is nothing to do, so the file's modified time remains unchanged, even if you told it to do the get setting the retrieved image's modified to that recorded in Vault. Undo checkout should restore all of the file's attributes, including its modified time.
