Add option to have checkouts generate mail too

It would be nice for team communication if there was an option to have checkouts where monitored for email delivery, in addition to adds, deletes, and checkins. Monitoring checkouts would also imply monitoring undocheckouts.

To be completely fexible, it might be nice to allow users to select what they want to monitor for a given folder via a series of radio buttons, one for each command type.

Yes, emailing on changes only is just a starting point. I'll add the checkedout/undo checkout actions as a feature request, and we'll see how many requests we get for it...

I haven't looked at the email notification much yet, (see the configuration exception thread in the gold forum) but I would think that eventually it should support notification for any Vault action (other than config changes, obviously).
