restore from backup ver 7 to ver 10 doesn't seem to work

Hi,

I get the impossibly cryptic "to many errors" get latest version failed error after restoring from an sgvault backup. I have server 10 and client 10 but it doesn't seem to work.

Any thoughts?

Hello,

If you installed Vault 10.x and restored an older backup (such as Vault 7.x) the data is not compatible. You will need to go through the upgrade process:
