Trusted for Delegation Error

I am using the SourceGear Vault Standard Client Version 10.0.2 (936).

I installed the Standard Client on a new PC. At first I was able to connect to our Vault Server and do a get latest. A couple of days later I tried to connect again and got the following error listed below. This error only happens for this one PC. No other machine we use has this problem. Can anyone please help me to get this machine working with the Vault Server again? Thank you for any assistance.

Error Message is: "The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation."

Working with via email offline from the forum. Appears to be a permission issue with end user's machine.

Issue was resolved offline. Customer added a new Registry Key which resolved the problem.
