Date format on web page

Another (fairly) minor irritant:

On the Source Control web page the dates are shown as M/D/YYYY in spite of my computer date format being set to YYYY/MM/DD and MS Edge language being set to English (South Africa).

The Item Tracking page shows the date in text (21-Jul-2021) rather than numeric form so that is not ambiguous for someone not used to the US date format.

Can we please either have the Source Control page be consistent with the Item Tracking page or, preferably, both pages use the user selected date format.
