. css files not recognized?

When I attempt to open files, my .css files don't show as a selection...only html? What am I doing wrong?

Are .css files the only file type you are experiencing an issue with? Does this issue appear to work in multiple folders? Can you please provide me with the exact steps you are taking to open the files when experiencing the issue?
