We recently upgraded our server and re-installed SourceSafe and SOS. Ever since then we cannot log into SOS, Sourcesafe works fine.
I am running SOS 3.5.3 and SourceSafe 6.0. The router has been configured to open up port 8890 with both UDP and TCP.
Any ideas?

Did the SOS Server service start? You can check this in Control Panel->Admin Tools->Services.
Check the SOS log.txt file to see if there are any error messages. The log would be in the SOS Server directory. You can do a search of the forum for the errors and possibly find a solution in our KB articles or other posts.
Also, check the SOS Server manager to see if the reinstall set any of the configuration back to default values.
