File or project not found

Hey,
we have a big problem, if i want open from Source Control, i get always the errot "File or project not found" but we have this project, if i open it with vss i have no problems !!!!!!!
I need help !!

What version of SOS are you using? What is your developement environment -- VS.NET, Visual Basic 6? Other?

What type of project are you opening from Source Control?

Could you tell me the exact set of steps you are using to open the project before you get the error?

Are other users experiencing the same problem?

we use 4.02
we us VS.NET 2003
it was an Webproject, but we have have change it to a normal project.
