After upgrading to version 10, we have been having trouble with email notifications.
In the Web Admin, the SMTP email settings look good. When I try a test email, I receive the test message in my inbox.
In the Vault Pro client, under Tools->Options->Notifications everything looks correct. The enable checkbox is ON. Enable Applications Notifications is also ON. Suppress self-generation is OFF. Under Source Code Control, the watched paths include everything from $ and subdirectories. The Events tab has all events checked ON.
As per another similar support ticket, "Email Notifications stopped after upgrade to 9.1", I checked the web.config file as well as the service PlugIns (where the asmx files successfully return a list of methods).
Please let me know where else I should be looking to troubleshoot this.

Can you please send us your Vault Server log located in the following directory on the server machine:
%windir%\temp\sgvault\sgvault.log
Please send over your web.config file as well. Email both logs to support@sourcegear.com and refer to this forum post.
