I get the following error when performing a branch. I have the the SqlCommandTimeout in Vault.config to 7200 as suggested in another post, and the Connection Timeout for the IIS web app is 1800 secondes. Vault 6.1 standard, server 2003 IIS

It does work if I do it directly on the server, but not from the workstation. This is a rather large source tree (243 MB with 30 sub-folders)

Can you look in your Vault Server Log for more detailed errors from the same time as the failed branch?
Also check the Client Side Log for errors.
If you're not sure what to look for, then could you email those logs to support at sourcegear.com (attn: Beth) with a link to this forum thread?
