Can you add the feature to select second encoding format

Hi.

I have a request to be able to select second encoding format.

I am working in the environment that uses mixed both of UTF-8 and other encoding. so when opening files whose encoding is not my default encoding, I should select file encoding format manually. I feel it very inconvenient.

so I hope the feature that I can select second default encoding format. Can you add this feature on next version?
