Upgraded from 5 to 6 mostly without incident.
Client integration with the following is working fine after client upgrade:
- vs2010
- vs2012
However integration with SQL Server 2008 Management Studio is not present. Are there additional steps I need to take to get this working?

It works the same as with Visual Studio through the Vault Classic Client. In SSMS, there should be a Tools - Options - Source Control. There you would select Vault.
Then under the File menu and I think in the right-click menu should be some Vault menus.
For an example, you could create a new SQL project, add stuff to it, and then go to File - Source Control - Add to Source Control.
