We have one Vault user whose Vauilt 2.0.5 client hangs when he right clicks on any file and chooses show history. He is running Win 2003 Server.
I'm working with the same client version and same OS and I have no problems.
The vault server is 2.0.5 also.
I tried clearing his client cache and resetting his working directory (which is wiped out after a clear). After this, I was able to successfully retrieve history on his client 1 time, then it stopped working again. As soon as we click show history, the client hangs, no dialog, nothing. We have to kill it with task manager.
We're at a loss to get his history working again. Can you folk help us out with this? Thanks!
