Moving to new SQL Server

Hello,

I had a "home built" I was using as a server and bought a new Dell Server for in house server use. I need to move my Vault 2.0.6 data from the old SQL Server to the new one. Any suggestion on how to do this "properly"?

a) DTS it over
b) Detach then Attach to new SQL Server
c) Other ____________

Just want the best option that will work best with SGVault.

Backup / Detach are recommended...
