SOS 4.2 was running fine until around 10:30 yesterday morning. For no reason we can determine, the server stopped allowing logins. After checking the log file, we noticed a number of access denied messages. We went to the server and confirmed that the SOS service is running under LOCAL SERVICE. We then made sure LOCAL SERVICE had full read-write access to the VSS directory. We went as far as to make LOCAL SERVICE the owner of the directory and all subdirectories, we ran analysis on the database twice, and have restarted the SOS service at every step of the process. Users can now connect, but cannot refresh their tree.
The relevant information from the log file appears to be:
6/12/2012 8:07:44 AM - Connection accepted from 67.255.201.13:52292 on local address 192.168.16.202:8080, session id is 2.

6/12/2012 8:09:51 AM - 2: Enter KillConnection()
6/12/2012 8:09:51 AM - 2 - Exit KillConnection()
I have included the full log file from the past two days. The problem originates around 10:30am on 6/11/12. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Users can no longer refresh tree (v4.2)
I believe we're handling this offline. Thanks!
