What are all the files under C:\Users\myname\AppData\Local\Sourcegear\Vault_1\Client? I have 4.6 gig of files that have built up over the last couple of years. Can they ever be cleaned out?

These are client-side cache files and baseline files. The baselines are in an _sgvault folder, which is probably what's grown so large. The baselines help determine file status, etc. You can delete these, then do a Get Latest to re-establish file status.

You can limit the growth of baseline files, This setting is in the Vault Client under Tools->Options->Local Files->Cache Location->Limit number of baseline files to:

Also, you can choose to store the baselines in the working folder, so when you're no longer working with those files, you can delete the working folder and the baselines.
