Is it possible to get another trial serial number

Hi,

We have trying SOS 4.03 for the last one month and have had numerous problems mainly with our off shore sites unable to check in or getting disconnected after every few days. We've been in touch with support an have got most of the problems fixed, but would like to test the application for a couple more weeks before we purchase it.

Is it possible to get an extension of a week or two with a demo serial number.
