We have ‘SourceGear Vault Standard, Version 5.1.2 (19281)’ installed for our company, but one of my colleagues has had some problems logging in this morning. When he tries logging in he gets the following message:
“Unable to connect to https://94.30.58.26/VaultService. No server was found at the specified URL. Please verify your network settings using the Options dialog under the Tools menu in the Vault GUI Client. Web Exception: The operating has timed out”
My colleague has verified the settings and they are correct, also he managed logging in fine yesterday. Also he tried on another machine, it works fine.
Is there anything you can suggest?

Is this the only user having trouble connecting?
Do users usually connect via Https or SSL, as it appears he is doing?
