I've been using the free, 1-user Vault Pro user for a few months and really like it. I haven't needed to use any of the professional features, so when I needed to add a second user, I bought 2 standard licenses. I backed up the database, then uninstalled the professional server.
Now I'm trying to install the standard server and it detects the professional database. Can I drop some tables to make this look like a standard database?
(I'm in a panic as I need to work on this today! Using Vault 5.1.1 on Windows Server 2008 64-bit, client on Windows 7 64-bit.)
Thanks!

First, backup your databases. Then you should be able to install Vault Standard if you uninstall Vault Pro, then delete the sgdragnet database. This is the DB that holds work item tracking data and makes the installer think you want to install Vault Pro.
Then install Vault Standard. You can add your licenses after the installation, in the Vault Admin Web Client ->Server settings->Licenses.
Then install Vault Standard. You can add your licenses after the installation, in the Vault Admin Web Client ->Server settings->Licenses.
